Refund and Cancellation Policy

We follow no refund no cancellation policy once the order is placed  and invoice is generated.

Incase, the products received by you are damaged or you have received a wrong size/ wrong product i.e the product does not match the invoice;

  • Please notify our sales team on +917030930446 of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/wrong size/ wrong product within 24 hours of your order reaching you.

Once we have received your complaint it will be our best effort to offer you with a replacement for the damaged product received by you. It will also be at our discretion to understand if the product is genuinely damaged / wrong size from order placed , etc. The damaged products can be shipped to us at our address provided by the sales team. Upon receipt the items will be checked and only then a fresh piece will be sent to you. Please allow our team enough working days to follow the above process in order to serve you with high quality product.

The returned products should be

  • unused/unwashed;
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, garment care tags, invoices etc.;
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit;
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Malika Gupta team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, the items will be shipped back to you and you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
