This recipe is super easy and needs little to no pre prep. A delicious source of iron and antioxidants.
Serves 2
You will need
- 1 Apple
- Some Blueberries
- Some Raspberries
- Ghee / Butter
- Oats 1 cup
- Jaggery or Sugar
- Cinnamon Powder
- Full fat milk
- Almond flakes or Almond Powder
Cooking Time: 5 to 7 mins
- Peel one apple and chop it into fine pieces
- In a pan heat some ghee or butter ( around 1 table spoon )
- Once the ghee has melted add oats and roast them for a few seconds
- Add the chopped apple and jaggery/ sugar as per sweetness
- cook this mixture in milk
- Add cinnamon powder and almonds or almond powder
- serve topped with berries
